CF790 succinimidyl ester is an amine-reactive, near-IR fluorescent dye. Upon conjugation to protein, the dye has an absorption peak at 784 nm & emission peak at 806 nm. Because the long wavelength fluorescence of CF790 has excellent tissue penetration, the dye is ideal for in vivo imaging.
