Delivery Policy

We appreciate your support and are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all of our customers. As part of that commitment, we have created the following delivery policy:

1. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods depending on the size and weight of the product, as well as the destination of the order. Our standard shipping methods include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. In some cases, we may also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.
2. Shipping Times: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination of the order and the shipping method selected. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of checkout and will provide tracking information once the order has shipped.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of the product, as well as the destination of the order. We will provide a shipping cost estimate at the time of checkout.
4. Drop Shipping: When possible, we offer drop shipping services for select products. This means that we will ship the product directly from our supplier to your specified address. Please note that drop shipping may result in longer shipping times, as we rely on our suppliers to fulfill the order. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of checkout and will provide tracking information once the order has shipped.
5. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
6. Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.  Additionally, some products may be restricted from shipping to certain destinations due to local laws and regulations.

 

Return Policy 

If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged, please contact SSI immediately for assistance. Most manufacturers will accept the return of any item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt and will provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. Restocking fees may apply dependent upon manufacturer's policies. All customized, special orders cannot be returned unless damaged during delivery or defective. Please contact SSI prior to returning products, for RMA approval.
