CF350 Donkey anti-mouse is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-mouse IgG (H+L) with CF350. CF350 is a blue fluorescent dye spectrally similar to AMCA. However, compared to AMCA, CF350 is more water-soluble, more photostable and at least 50% more fluorescent on proteins.
