A decrease in pressure moves the diaphragm away from the electrode, decreasing the capcitance. Change in capacitance is converted to a linear DC electrical signal through the transducer''s circuit. Transducers are designed for HVAC, air volume and fan control, static duct and clean-room pressures, and environmental pollution control.
