Plus an offset function for relative measurement, temperature differential between two probes (T1-T2), timer, elapsed time, time of reading, min/max, backlit display, and °F/°C/K selection. This meter also includes a datalogger that can store up to 16 data sets and 8800 data points manually or automatically with a programmable sample rate. Other advanced features include the ability to work with seven thermocouple types (J, K, T, E, R, S, and N), min/max/avg function, and bi-directional RS-232 interface.
