Enhances contrast of fixed and live cell images|The VectaCell stains are ideal for conventional or super-resolution fluorescence microscopy, immunocytochemistry, in situ hybridization or neurobiology applications on fixed or live cells. Several stains are available.|VectaCell Trolox is an anti-fading additive that reduces photobleaching and blinking during live cell imaging. It is a water-soluble and cell-permeable analog of vitamin E, that prevents formation of different reactive oxygen species, such as singlet oxygen, superoxide anion, or hydrogen peroxide. Trolox has been shown to have a cytoprotective effect and low cytotoxicity for different cell lines.
