THICKNESS GAUGE W PROBE
Versatile gauges designed for all of your coating thickness applications|Conforms to national and international standards including ISO and ASTM|Hi/Lo audio and visual alarms alert user of out-of-limit conditions|USB port for fast, simple connection to a PC and to supply continuous power|Weatherproof gauges are solvent, acid, oil, water, and dust resistant|These simple, durable, accurate gauges use magnetic and eddy current principles to measure coating thickness on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, quickly and accurately. Select standard or advanced models based on your application requirements. All models include built-in temperature compensation along with a Hi-RES mode providing enhanced display resolution for applications requiring greater precision. All stored measurements are date and time stamped and the statistics mode continually displays and updates average, standard deviation, min/max thickness, and number of readings while measuring. The one-handed menu navigation makes set up and operation simple, and the flip display enables right-side-up viewing. Gauges offer multiple calibration adjustment options that include one-point, two-point, known thickness, and average zero along with four user-selectable display language settings (English, Spanish, German, and French) for additional flexibility. Use the USB connection with your PC or Mac web browser or file explorers to connect to PosiTector.net for the free web-based application software and updates. Advanced models include all features noted above in addition to expanded storage capability of 100,000 readings (in up to 1000 batches and sub-batches), data transfer via USB to a PC or via Bluetooth wireless technology to a PC or printer, onscreen help, real time graphing, picture prompting and batch notes, and a hi contrast reversible color LCD. Additional features include scan mode, multiple stored calibration adjustments, SSPC PA2 function to determine if film thickness over a large area conforms to user-specified min/max levels, and PSPC 90/10 function to determine if a coating system complies with an IMO performance standard for protective coatings. Gauges conform to: ISO 2178/2360/2808, PrEN ISO 19840, ASTM B499/D1186/D1400/D7091/E376/G12, BS3900-C5, SSPC-PA2, and more
