Respirometer cells have a glass water jacket for connecting to your pumped source of constant temperature water. Mitocell miniature respirometer cell is used for mitochondria or small volume cell suspensions. Use with 0.3, 0.5, or 1.0 mL sample size. Seal the central glass respiration chamber by inserting a polycarbonate plunger with central capillary; use to inject substrates and inhibitors. Includes fixed-speed magnetic stirrer and spinbars.
