The well plates provide an efficient method to purify a variety of bio-analytical samples and offer robust analytical method development. Parallel sample processing allows 96 samples to be extracted within one hour. Each well contains a particle-loaded membrane for efficient sample extraction followed by elution in as little as 100 L with mobile phase or mobile phase compatible solutions. The small bed mass of sorbent in the well plates allow you to use smaller solvent volumes than with traditional packed bed SPE products. Sorbent phases include C8, C18, MPC (Mixed Phase Cation), and URP (Universal Resin). The plates are compatible with vacuum manifold and well plate covers.
