Designed to be an economical way to replace broken industrials probes|The probes can be installed with current housing without having to purchase a whole new industrial assembly|Response Time: 3.75 seconds or greater|Each probe comes with NPT insertion threads|Probes are spring loaded which allows the probe to be bottomed out into a thermowell|Probes are welded and sealed which allows for direct insertion into a vessel|Custom designs or changes to this product are available upon request|Each probe comes with a color coded ANSI stripped leads: type J-red/white, type K-red/yellow, type T-red/blue|Note: These probes cannot be inserted directly into a medium. Spring loaded industrials are not sealed where the threads meet the probe. They must be inserted into a thermowell or other sealed vessel. Note: the temperature range is for the probe tip only. The handle material may be affected if the probe is rated higher than the handle depending on exposure time, application, and handle material. ABS handles are rated to 220F (104C); PVC handles are rated to 200F (93C); Stainless Steel handles are rated at 450F (232C); Mini Connectors are rated to 392F (200C)
