J-221 Ultraviolet Light Meter/Radiometer, Long Wave 365 nm

Choose a long-wave or shortwave modeleach model has two switch-selectable ranges. The long-wave model measures 365 nm UV light intensity from 20 to 6000 W/cm. The shortwave measures 254 nm UV light intensity from 20 to 12,000 W/cm. Short-term repeatability is ±1% under isothermal conditions. Linearity tolerance is ±10%, additionally limited by the ±10% tolerance of the NIST calibration source. Do not use these meters where visible-light intensity exceeds 40 footcandles. Detach the sensor cell and use the 4-ft cord to take measurements at remote distances. Meters include a snap-on contrast filter to obtain more accurate readings and reduction screen to protect the sensor cell from radiation damage. Meters are powered by a built-in solar cell.
