The multipurpose racks are great in water baths, as well as transporting or storing test tubes. The racks hold test tubes with the various diameters: up to 30 mm using the 21-tube rack; up to 25 mm for the 32-tube rack, and up to 20 mm for the 40-tube rack. The two versions of the 55-tube racks can hold tubes with diameters up to 16 mm and 18 mm, while the 84-tube rack, up to 13 mm in diameter. They have an operating temperature range of -20 to 90?C, and autoclavable at 121?C. The racks are 265 mm long and 88 mm tall for the 21-, 32- and 40-tube racks, and 265 mm long and 75 mm tall for the 55- and 84-tube racks; all in which have a width of about 126 mm.
