The brass cylinder includes a 5-m venting lowering cable, valve, and cable reel. Just lower the cylinder to the required depth on the high-tensile, closed hose. Open the air valve at the tube end to vent the cylinder and allow the liquid sample to flow in. Once filled, retrieve the cylinder, open the cover, and pour sample out.
