An auto-recapture function reactivates stirring if it is interrupted or lost for any reason. Coiled heating element is suspended within a thermal insulating cartridge to provide maximum heat transfer and support. Built-in power controller has dial markings from 1 to 10 for repeatability.Chemical-resistant polypropylene exterior remains cool to the touch even when the element temperatures reach 842F (450C). Grounded earth screen and double fuses provide addition safety. Two colored lights near the control dial indicate "power on" and "heat on."
