In addition, these columns are pH stable from 0 to 14, unlike typical silica-based columns. This allows you more choice in buffer selection, while handling high temperatures and pressures. Hypercarb columns also allow for resolution of structurally similar analytes, such as isomers and homologous series, which are not visible in traditional silica-based columns.
