Design negates the effects of air turbulence, vortexing, and interior air roll. Containment features include: Clean-Sweep sash track and sash handle that directs airflow into the hood; Eco-Foil air foil that corrects natural turbulence while keeping cords out of the way; and Opti-Zone baffle system with a unique slot pattern that balances face velocity so that less overall volume is required. The XStream passed strict containment testing, far exceeding industry standards. Hood features a large unobstructed sightline 37.5 from work surface to header panel and provides unobstructed viewing into the hood.
