The BIO C18 columns, specifically designed for large peptides and proteins provide sharp peak shapes, excellent analyte recovery, great reproducibility, and high sensitivity. The high surface area reduces any secondary negative interactions which could compromise peak shapes. Columns come in 316L stainless steel (SS) tubing hardware. A SS female end fitting with a SS and PEEK frit system keeps the stationary phase in place and packed bed from disturbance.
